超声波辅助合成己二酸

摘    要:己二酸是一种重要的化工原料,利用高锰酸钾在超声波的辅助作用下氧化环己醇的方法制备己二酸,分别探讨了物料比、反应温度、反应时间等参数,得到最佳反应条件为:以NaOH的水溶液为溶剂,超声波功率为250W,物料比n(环己醇):n(高锰酸钾)=1:3.5,在75℃下反应,55min,然后将反应液浓缩、酸化。在此条件下,己二酸的产率高达84.7%,且实验安全、平稳、重现性好,是合成己二酸切实可行的绿色生产工艺。

Abstract:Adipic acid is an important kind of Chemical raw materials. This paper has adopted one method of oxidation of cyclohexanol to adipic acid by potassium permanganate with aid of ultrasound, and the optimal parameters such as ratio of reaction material, reaction temperature and reaction time were obtained, in the solvent. The optimum conditions which was gotted by the analysis of data was proportion of reactants is 1 : 3.5, temperature of 75℃, the ultrasound wave of 250 W, ultrasound enhanced time of 55 min. The supreme productivity could get to 85%. In addition, the experiment is safe, stable, and is a feasible Green production process to compound Adipic acid.
