摘    要:改进了GB/T9633-2012《微波频率应用的旋磁材料性能测量方法》的测试方法,讨论了减小测试腔的样品插入孔对材料介电常数的影响,采用旋磁铁氧体和陶瓷材料作为测试样本。测试系统沿用谐振通过式,计算模式采用电磁微扰理论。测试结果证明,随着样品尺寸的减小,介电常数相比GB/T9633-2012测试方法的精度有一定的提高,更加接近材料的真实值。

Abstract:In this paper,the test method of GB/T9633-2012 Measuring method-for properties of gyromagnetic materials properties intend for application at microwave frequencies was improved by cut down the sample-hole size of the resonance cavity,and the influence of the sample hole size of the chamber on the dielectric constant testing discussed,for which ferrite and ceramic materials were chosen as samples.The test system uses the resonance cavity perturbation method for passing mode,the calculation uses the electromagnetic field perturbation theory.The test results show that with the decrease of the sample size,the dielectric constant value is improved as compared with the GB/T9633-2012 test method,and is closer to the true value of the material.
