弹性支承轴承套圈径向刚度检测方法研究

摘    要:针对比值计算法在鼠笼式弹性支承轴承套圈径向刚度检测上的局限性,提出了基于最小二乘法的套圈径向刚度检测方法,与比值计算法进行了对比分析,并建立有限元模型进行了进一步验证。结果表明,最小二乘法更好地体现了套圈所受载荷与相应变形量之间存在的线性关系,且计算结果的准确性和稳定性更好。

Abstract:Aimed at limitation of ratio calculation method for detection of radial stiffness of squirrel-cage elastically-supported bearing rings,the detection method for radial stiffness of rings based on least square method is proposed and compared with ratio calculation method for analysis,and the finite element model is established for further verification.The results show that the least square method reflects linear relationship between load of rings and corresponding deformation better,and the calculation results have better accuracy and stability.
