IGBT超音频电源控制电路设计

摘    要:提出了一种IGBT超音频感应电源控制电路的设计方案。利用成熟的KGPS系列中频电源控制电路,对逆变和保护部分作了改进,实现了IGBT器件的触发和保护功能。样机试验结果表明,该设计方案简单有效,是对晶闸管中频电源进行改造的较好方案之一。

Abstract:The IGBT superaudio-frequency induction power supply has been used i n industry more and more widely.This paper provides a new design of the control circuit of the power supply.It develops the invertion and protection part of KGP S series mid-frequency power supply to trigger and protect IGBT.The result of prototype testing shows the design is simple and effective. It is one of better methods to improve the mid-frequency power supply.
