摘    要:结合国内外电解加工的研究现状,分别从电解阴极设计、脉冲电流电解、微精细电解、复合电解及数控电解等5个方面加以分析比较。探讨了国内外各领域的研究进展,指出了电解加工的发展方向是自动化、柔性化和智能化。阐述了高的加工精度和环境友善的加工过程是电解加工必经之路的理念。

Status of Research on Electrochemical Machining at Home and Abroad
Abstract:This paper combined electrolytic processing of research status at home and abroad. It is analyzed and compared in electrolytic cathode design, pulsed current electrolysis, micro-fine electrolysis, composite electrolytic and NC-eleetrochemical, discussion the present situation of study on electrochemical machining, pointed out the development trend of electrolytic process is automated, flexible and intelligent, described the road of electrolytic processing is has high of processing precision and environment friendly of processing process.
