摘 要: | 凸轮的加工方法有很多。若用传统的专机加工,加工方法、加工过程的校正、计算较繁琐,而且机床的通用性差,加工精度和效率低。在圆弧曲线拟合非圆曲线原理的基础上,将凸轮轮廓曲线离散成多段圆弧,可实现凸轮在数控机床上加工。针对凸轮参数多样性的问题,开发出凸轮G代码生成系统,该方法方便、灵活,可实现所有不同类型的盘形凸轮的加工。

A Study of CNC Processing Technology About Disc Cam Based on Circular Fitting |

Abstract: | Various of methods can be used to process the cam and if using the traditional special machine, the processing method and the correction and calculation of machining process are complicated with poor versatility and low accuracy and efficiency of the machine tool. On the basis of the principe that circular arc curve fitting non-circular curve, the profile of cam can be discretized into period of circular arc to realize the processing on the CNC machine. As for the problem of the diverse parameters of the cam, the G code generation system was developed. This method is convenient, flexible, and can realize the processing of all the different types of disc cam. |
