摘 要: | 三维造型设计是实现产品设计、制造一体化的基础。文章对直齿圆柱齿轮的视图及空间结构进行了三维造型分析,并介绍了CAD中渐开线齿轮齿廓的详细画法。描述了CAD创建齿轮模型的思路与技巧。将齿轮分解为轮缘轮齿、辐板、轮毂三个部分,针对其三部分的二维视图逐一进行面域、差集、拉伸造型,最后按照三部分的相对位置进行并集组合,实现了整个齿轮完美的三维造型。

Involute Gear in the CAD 3D Model Again |

Abstract: | Three-dimensional modeling design is the basis of product design and integration of manufacturing. View of straight spur gear and spatial structure straight spur gear are analyzed in this article. The steps of drawing in- volute gear tooth profile in CAD are introduced in this article. The thought and technique of creating CAD model of the gear are also discussed. Decompose the gear into three parts, which are the wheel rim, gear tooth wheel disk, hub. The two-dimensional views of these three parts are three-dimensional modeled one by one. Finally combine these three parts according to the relative position of the three parts. A perfect three-dimensional modeling of the whole gear is realized. |
