摘    要:
研究了三氟乙酸镧催化环己酮与1,2-丙二醇的缩酮化反应,考察了反应时间、醇酮比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量等因素对环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮收率的影响。结果表明,在回流条件下,醇酮摩尔比为1.2,催化剂用量为0.25 g,带水剂环己烷用量为8 mL,反应45 min后,缩酮收率可达到93.4%。催化剂重复使用5次催化效果未见明显降低。

Abstract:
The ketalization of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propanediol by using lanthanum trifluoroacetate as cata-lyst was studied.The effects of reaction time,reactant ratio,catalyst amount and amount of water-carrying agent on the yield of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal were investigated.The results show that the most suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows: 1,2-propanediol /cyclohexanone molar ratio 1.2,the amount of cata-lyst 0.25 g,cyclohexane as the wate-carrying agent 8 mL,reaction time 45 min.Under above conditions,the yield can reach to 93.4%,the catalyst can be reused five times without significant declining of catalytic activity.
