小样品快速冷却实验台的研制及应用

摘    要:
研制了一种用于小样品在低温冷却介质中实现超快速冷却的实验台。通过该实验台对小样品实施弹射,其弹射速度在较宽范围内可调,同时能对小样品的沉浸速度和淬冷温度进行准确的测量。将其应用于小样品在过冷液氮中的超快速冷却过程,可以实现较高的沉浸速度和冷却速率。实验研究表明随着小样品沉浸速度的增大、液氮过冷度的增加,冷却速率明显增加。

Abstract:
A kind of ultra-rapid cooling experimental system for small sample was designed and developed. The ejecting speed of the ejector could be adjusted continuously in a wider range, the ejecting speed and the temperature of the small sample could he measured accurately. As the equipment was used to study the ultra-rapid cooling of a small sample in sub-liquid ni~Lrogen, the high quenching speeds and the high cooling rates could be reached. The experiment shows that the cooling rates increased dramatically as the ejecting speeding and the sub-liquid nitrogen sub-coolings increased.
