| 摘 要： | 通过对固海扬水灌区农业用水现状调查，摸清用水现状，分析农业用水效率，计算节水潜力，并进行输水能力评价和成本水价测算，确定可发展节水补灌的规模，为灌区开发建设项目的实施和水资源高效持续利用提供技术支撑。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of agricultural water in Guhaiyangshui Irrigation District to realize the present situation of water use.Efficiency of irrigated water use and water-saving potential is estimated.Capacity of water conveyance and cost of water supply is also calculated.The amount of saved water is defined that may help to promote project construction and highly-efficient and sustainable use of water resources. |
