多路绝缘、导通检测仪的研制

摘    要:为提高多路绝缘和导通电阻测量的自动化水平,以Atmega16为MCU对多点选择继电器进行控制,采用Max134作为AD转换和数据处理部件,设计开发了多路电阻检测仪。试验结果表明该仪器测量范围广、可靠性好、精度高,具有较高的应用价值,适宜推广应用。

Abstract:In order to increase the intelligence level of multi-channel insulation and resistance measurement.this paper puts forward a new design of the multi-channel resistance measuring instrument which has Atmega 16 to control the multi-dot choosing relays and uses Max 134 as the core part of AD convert & digital disposal.The experiment results show that the instrument is suitable for application due to its large measure scale,good reliability and accuracy.
