固-液结构平板掺杂声子晶体中弹性波的缺陷模

摘    要:利用一维固-液结构平板掺杂声子晶体中弹性波横向受限的条件推导出弹性波在一维固-液结构平板掺杂声子晶体中各个模式满足的关系式,并利用关系式研究了各个模式弹性波的特性。利用转移矩阵计算出弹性波各个模式的缺陷模随模式量子数以及平板厚度的变化特征,得出了一些一维固-液结构平板掺杂声子晶体缺陷模的新特征。

Abstract:The mode condition of elastic wave in solid-liquid flat panel doping phononic crystal is obtained with restrictions condition of elastic wave and the characteristics of mode are studied. The defect mode of elastic wave is calculated by the transfer matrix method. Variety features of defect mode with mode quantum number and plate thickness are calculated. The new structure of defect mode in solid-liquid flat panel doping phononic crystal is obtained.
