| Abstract: | Based on the project management mode of entrusting construction mechanism for the projects invested by government, the marketing development opportunity for project management companies is analyzed on the condition of rapidly pursuing the entrusting construction mechanism. It is indicated that project management companies are the mainstream of entrusting construction organizations in the future. The risks that project management companies are facing with under the entrusting construction mechanism are discussed and the countermeasures are presented. |
