民族文化遗产保护散论

文化遗产包括物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产,而少数民族文化遗产特别是非物质文化遗产以其丰富的民族文化多样性成为文化遗产的重要组成部分。在当前文化遗产保护进程中,文化遗产保护与民族区域自治有着极为密切的相互促进的关系,因此,要把文化遗产保护放在民族区域自治、民族文化建设等更为广阔的民族问题视野下来研究,创新和落实文化遗产保护的各项措施,繁荣民族文化多样性,促进社会和谐尤其是边疆民族地区的发展稳定。

On Protection of Cultural Heritage and Regional Autonomy of National Nationalities

Cultural heritage,including tangible and intangible cultural heritage,is the material and spiritual wealth in the human history.With its cultural diversity,ethnic heritage,especially its intangible cultural heritage,forms an important part of cultural heritage.More and more people realizes that cultural heritage protection integates closely with national regional autonomy.Therefore,cultural heritage protection should be studied in the context of national regional autonomy and national cultural construction,and measures to protect cultural heritage should be innovated and implemented for the prosperity of cultural diversity and social harmony and development of the border minority areas.
