新型低功耗红外数据采集器的设计与实现

摘    要:提出了一种适用于煤矿井下的新型低功耗红外数据采集器的设计方案,详细阐述了该数据采集器的工作原理、硬件电路设计、软件设计及低功耗工作方式等。该采集器选用低功耗的微控制器、液晶显示器及电源管理芯片,成功地降低了整体功耗,延长了电池的使用寿命。实验结果表明,在待机状态下,整机工作电流不大于44μA。

Abstract:The paper put forward a design scheme of new type of mine-used infrared data collector with low-power consumption,described working principle,design of hardware circuit and software and working mode of low-power consumption of the data collector in details.The collector selects the micro-controllers,LCD display and power management chip with low-power consumption,and its overall power consumption is reduced and battery life is extended successfully.The experimental result showed that the whole opera-ting current of the collector is less than 44 μA in standby mode.
