摘    要:使用丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HA)与乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(DL-151)复合改性苯丙乳液,并对乳液性能和涂膜性能进行了研究。通过透射电镜,差示扫描量热分析和粒径分析等检测方法,对乳液和乳液聚合物进行了表征。研究表明,聚合体系中引入有机氟、有机硅混合单体后,可以得到稳定的核壳结构乳液,乳胶粒的多分散系数仅为0.07,并提高了乳液的成膜效果,其成膜接触角最高提高了83.7%。

Abstract:Hexafluorobutyl acrylate (HA) and DL-151 was used to modify the styrene-acrylate emulsion, and the performances of emulsion and coating were studied. The emulsion was analyzed and characterized by the means of transmission electron microscope (TEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and laser particle size analyzer. The experiments results showed that the introduction of blend monomer of organosilicone and organoflurine could get stable core-shell type emulsion whose polydispersity coefficient was only 0.07. The film forming ability of emulsion was improved. The contact angel was raised by 83.7%.
