职业教育人才多样化成长对师资队伍建设的要求

2014年国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定,提出加快构建现代职业教育体系,其内容之一就是完善职业教育人才多样化成长渠道。职业教育人才多样化成长,一方面丰富了高职学生的类型,另一方面对高职院校的师资队伍提出了更高的要求。因此,必须加强师资队伍素质建设,以适应职业人才多样化成长渠道的需要。

Requirements for Teaching Staff Construction by the Talent Diversified Growth in Vocational Education

The decision of accelerating the development of modern vocational education issued by the State Council in 2014 has put forward the idea of accelerating the building of modern vocational education system. One of its content is to improve the channels for talent diversified growth in vocational education. The talent diversified growth of vocational education can on the one hand enriches the types of higher vocational college students, and on the other hand proposes a higher requirement for the faculty in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, we must strengthen the quality building of teaching staff construction to adapt to the requirement by vocational talent diversified growth channels.
