采煤机齿轨轮齿形优化有限元分析

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件Abaqus对MG2210-WD型采煤机齿轨轮和销排啮合运动状态进行动态分析,分别比较了齿轨轮齿形优化前后对齿轮弯曲应力、接触应力、啮合平稳性和啮合位置的影响。分析得出结论:改进后的齿形在以上几个参数方面优于原齿形。最后建立了齿轨轮齿形优化设计检验流程。

Abstract:The MG2210-WD type shearer rack rail wheel and pin rail engaged sport are analyzed dynamic by FEA software Abaqus.Compares the influence of gear bending stress,contact stress,engaged stability and engaged place before and after rack rail gear optimization.Here comes to the conclusion that the several parameters are better than the original rack rail after improving and the optimize design test process of rack rail gear is established.
