内蒙古某红柱石矿选矿试验

摘    要:
内蒙古某低品位红柱石矿采用传统的重选-正浮选-强磁选工艺难以生产出高品质的红柱石精矿。对传统流程进行了优化,即在正浮选前增设了1次以脱云母为主要对象的反浮选作业、减少了1次精选作业,对改进工艺的工艺技术条件进行了研究。在试验确定的工艺技术条件下获得了Al2O3品位为60.13%、红柱石回收率为61.32%的红柱石精矿,精矿品质达到了红柱石最高等级标准。

Abstract:
It is difficult to produce high-quality andalusite concentrate for a low-grade andalusite mine by adopting the traditional process of gravity separation-positive flotation-high intensity magnetic separation. Then, it needs to optimize the traditional process by the tests, that is, one reverse flotation is added to remove mica before the position flotation, and one cleaning is cut off. And the technical conditions tests are made for the newly upgraded process. Under the optimum technical conditions, andalusite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 60.13% and andalusite recovery of 61.32% were obtained, which can meet the best standard for andalusite.
