摘    要:本文选用一种新的思路,利用Agent计算机模型以及计算机仿真手段来研究免疫系统的宏观性能和某些重要细节,为进一步建立准确完善的免疫系统模型提供有力的依据. 与生物组织和试管中的实验相比,计算机免疫模型更容易设计和分析,且可直接获得实时细胞数目,不需人工统计,成本更低. 本文采用计算机仿真的方法模拟流感病毒入侵免疫系统后细胞的交互作用,并从中发现免疫系统的一些基本规律,同时也得到了在免疫应答过程中起重要作用的一些关键参数,如被感细胞释放病毒数目、病毒匹配度等.

Abstract:In this paper,a new method is presented. By using the Agent computer model and the computer simulation method,the paper studies the macroscopic properties of the immune system and some important details,in order to provide a powerful basis for establishing an accurate perfect model of the immune system. Compared with biological tissue and the experiments in tubes,computer immune model is easier to design and analysis. And it can obtain real-time cell number without artificial statistical. With no need for artificial statistics,so the costs are lower. By using the computer simulation method,through the interactions between cells,the simulation model of immune responses to influenza virus,the paper obtains some basic rules of the immune system are. Meanwhile,we obtain some key parameters which play an important role in the process of immune response. Such as the number of virus that an infected cell can produce,the matching degree between virus and cells etc.
