摘    要:以LabVIEW为开发工具,采用人工神经网络技术、铜板热成像等可视化手段,开发了一套集成漏钢预报、结晶器热行为、非正弦振动技术以及钢液面流动特性的结晶器在线监控系统,并实施了在线应用,半年试运行表明系统达到了设计要求。

Abstract:An integrated online monitoring system for continuous casting mold with high casting speed based on the technologies of ANN and thermal imaging of copper plate was developed with the development tools of LabVIEW. The system consists of four modules such as breakout prediction system, thermal behavior of copper plate, non-sinusoidal oscillation and characteristics of steel liquid flow, and has been applied in one steelworks. Half year online test shows the system meets the needs of the design.
