中温相变微胶囊研究现状与进展

摘    要:总结了中温相变微胶囊的制备及理论研究方法,并对相变微胶囊壁材的实验研究文献进行了总结,同时根据中温相变微胶囊的应用领域对相关文献进行了分类和总结。在相变微胶囊制备中,在外壳材料中添加纳米粒子、使用改性材料或添加交联剂可有效增强相变微胶囊的性能;相变微胶囊的理论研究多针对于相变微胶囊与流体结合、相变微胶囊添加到织物中的特性分析,对余热利用、蓄放热装置应用的理论研究较少;相变微胶囊的外壳材料和囊芯材料种类繁多,其中外壳材料以树脂类材料居多,囊芯材料以石蜡居多;中温相变微胶囊具有很高的蓄热能力,主要应用在可再生能源消纳、余热利用领域。

Abstract:This paper summarized the preparation and theoretical research methods of medium temperature phase change microcapsules as well as the experimental literatures of phase change microcapsule wall materials.In addition,this paper classified and summarized other related literatures concerned with the application of medium temperature phase change microcapsules.Here are the findings.In the preparation of phase change microcapsules,adding the nanoparticles to the shell material,using the modified materials and adding the crosslinking agents can effectively enhance the performance of phase-change microcapsules.The theoretical researches of phase change microcapsules mostly focus on the combination of fluid and phase change microcapsules,and the addition of microcapsules to fabrics.Whereas,there are few theoretical researches on the application of waste heat utilization and heat storage and discharge device.The outer shell materials and core materials of phase change microcapsules are various.Most of the outer shell materials are resin and most of the core materials are paraffin.The medium temperature phase change microcapsules,featuring better heat storage capacity,are widely applied in renewable energy consumption and waste heat utilization.
