摘    要:针对水溶性胶黏剂生产废水有机物含量较高、水质波动大、难生物降解等特点,采用Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀+UASB+生物滤池的组合工艺对其进行处理。运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,出水COD≤500 mg/L,氨氮≤25 mg/L,SS≤400 mg/L,处理出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的三级标准,COD、氨氮、SS去除率分别为93.6%、56.9%、89.5%,工艺处理成本为6.8元/m^3。

Abstract:The water-soluble adhesive production wastewater is characterized as high organic matter content,large fluctuation in water quality and difficult biodegradability.This study is aimed to efficiently treat this wastewater by a combined process of Fenton oxidation,coagulation and sedimentation,upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor and biological filter.The operation results show that the system runs steadily with the effluent COD,NH3-N and SS less than 500 mg/L,25 mg/L and 400 mg/L,respectively.The treated effluent meetsⅢ-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).The removal rates of COD,NH3-N and SS are 93.6%,56.9%,89.5%,respectively,and the cost of process treatment is 6.8 yuan/m^3.
