防蜡防垢固体阻垢块的研制

结蜡、结垢是采油过程中常见的问题之一。本文通过固体阻垢剂水处理药剂氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)与高分子聚合物醋酸乙烯共聚物熔合成为固体防蜡防垢块。该技术运用了高分子聚合物缓慢释放及防蜡的特点,将药剂合二为一,达到一剂双效的作用;对防蜡防垢块进行了热稳定性,动态溶解速率,阻垢率,防蜡率,降黏率等试验,可根据现场结蜡、结垢的严重程度调整水处理药剂氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)与聚乙烯醇比例得到四种防蜡防垢块的配方。该产品在单井投加,能够在最前端络合成垢因子,使原油在采油过程中结蜡、结垢明显降低,具有很强的实用效果。

Development of solid scale inhibitor for wax and scale

Wax and scaling are common problems in oil recovery.In this paper,solid scale inhibitor ATMP and high molecular polymer vinyl acetate copolymer were fused to form solid paraffin and scale block.The technology uses the characteristics of slow release of polymer and wax prevention,combine the medicine into one to achieve a double effect.The thermal stability of the wax and scale block was studied,dynamic dissolution rate,scale inhibition rate,wax prevention rate,viscosity reduction rate,etc,the proportion of ATMP and polyvinyl alcohol can be adjusted according to the wax deposition and the scale severity in the field.The product can synthesize scale factor in the front end of single well,which can obviously reduce the wax and scale in the process of oil production,and has a strong practical effect.
