数据中心智能巡检机器人管理平台自主控制方法

摘    要:巡检机器人在大数据扰动下存在控制精度不高的问题,为了提高数据中心智能巡检机器人管理和自主控制能力,提出基于多传感参数辨识和模糊控制的数据中心智能巡检机器人管理平台自主控制方法。在不同载荷质量参数下采集并组合机器人的耦合系数刚度、主臂运动意图等信息,得到结构参数融合函数,建立智能巡检机器人管理平台的参数优化解析模型,结合模糊PID控制方法进行智能巡检机器人的参数调节,构建误差反馈控制进行智能巡检机器人的参数修正,在数据中心根据信息融合结果获得载荷的质量参数,实现对巡检机器人管理平台自主控制。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行巡检机器人管理平台控制的智能性较好,参数辨识能力较强,提高了机器人控制的稳定性和精度。

Abstract:The control accuracy of the inspection robot is not high under the disturbance of big data.In order to improve the management and autonomous control ability of the intelligent inspection robot in the data center,an autonomous control method of the intelligent inspection robot management platform in the data center based on multi-sensor parameter identification and fuzzy control is proposed.Under different load mass parameters,the coupling coefficient stiffness and the motion intention of the main arm of the robot are collected and combined,and the fusion function of the structural parameters is obtained.The parameter optimization analytical model of the intelligent inspection robot management platform is established.Combined with the fuzzy PID control method,the parameters of the intelligent inspection robot are adjusted,and the error feedback control is constructed to carry out the intelligent inspection machine.In the data center,the mass parameters of the load are obtained according to the results of information fusion,and the autonomous control of the inspection robot management platform is realized.The simulation results show that this method has good intelligence and parameter identification ability,and improves the stability and accuracy of robot control.
