摘    要:针对建筑能耗错综复杂,不易分析管理,提出一种基于BIM的能耗监测方法,在内蒙古建设大厦对暖通空调系统进行现场试验。利用现有图纸和三维激光扫描仪及高清相机进行模型数据采集,通过三维模型创建、模型变动提示、模型数据联动,实现建筑能耗监测的可视化,分析研究了过程的有效性。结果表明,将BIM技术与传感技术、工程管理技术深度融合,能够直观反映地物系统设备的真实情况,能产生数据联动变化,并辅以智能化提示等功能,大幅提高节能管理效率。从研究过程可以得出,本方法对于其他类似的复杂建筑能源消耗状况监测具有通用性和工程实用价值。

Abstract:In view of the complexity of building energy consumption and the difficulty of analysis and management,this paper proposes a BIM based energy consumption monitoring method,and carries out field test on HVAC system in Inner Mongolia construction building.The existing drawings,3 D laser scanners and high-definition cameras are used to collect the model data.The visualization of building energy consumption monitoring is realized through 3 D model creation,model change prompt and model data linkage,and the effectiveness of the process is analyzed.The results show that the deep integration of BIM technology,sensing technology and engineering management technology can directly reflect the real situation of ground object system equipment,produce data linkage changes,and assist with intelligent prompt and other functions,greatly improving the efficiency of energy-saving management.It can be concluded from the research process that this method has universality and engineering practical value for other similar complex building energy consumption monitoring.
