摘    要:通过改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨,分别以水合肼、葡萄糖和维生素C作为还原剂,通过化学还原的方法还原制备得到石墨烯材料。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱(RS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TG)对不同还原剂所制备的石墨烯材料进行表征研究。结果表明:3种还原剂均可以还原制备得到石墨烯;维生素C还原得到的石墨烯结构缺陷少,片层薄,比表面积大,热稳定性好。

Abstract:In order to study the properties of graphene prepared by different reducing agents, the graphite oxide samples were prepared via modified Hummers method, ultrasonic dispersion of graphene oxide, the graphene material prepared by chemical reduction method with hydrazine hydrate, glucose and vitamin C as reducing agent respectively. The obtained graphene by various reducing agents was characterized with FT-IR, UV-visible absorption spectrum ( UV-vis ) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , Raman spectroscopy ( RS ) , Scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and Thermal gravimetric ( TG ) . The results showed that three reducing agent could reduce the graphene oxide, prepared graphene material; The smaller the ratio of ID/IG peak in Raman spectrum, the smaller the structure defect of graphene obtained by the reducing agent was prepared, and the 2D peak was stronger, which indicated that the reducing agent was prepared with a thin layer of graphene sheet. The graphene reduced by vitamin C had low structural defects, fewer zones, large surface area and good thermal sta-bility.
