室温硫化硅橡胶对碳钢电极缝隙腐蚀的抑制作用

摘    要:在碳钢电极工作面与环氧树脂交界处涂覆一层室温硫化硅橡胶,研究了有、无硅橡胶处理的两种碳钢电极的电化学行为。结果表明,涂覆硅橡胶能够有效避免缝隙腐蚀的发生,提高试验结果的准确性。同时讨论了室温硫化硅橡胶与碳钢电极之间的作用机理。

Abstract:The junction of working face and epoxy was coated with a layer of room temperature vulanized(RTV) silicone rubber.The electrochemical behaviors of the treated and un-treated carbon steel electrodes were studied.The results showed that the treatment could prevent the electrode from crevice corrosion effectively.The mechanism was discussed.
