现代无金属水工闸门承载力模拟测试与分析

摘    要:对现代无金属水工闸门进行了承载力模拟测试和数据分析,介绍了首座纤维混凝土结构水工闸门中采用复合碳纤维代替钢筋进行承载力性能检测的方法,给出了实测的闸门最大应力及挠度等重要力学数据,结果从定量实测上明确显示了用复合碳纤维代替钢筋的优越性.为现代无金属水工闸门技术的推广应用提供了试验数据基础,论文也对有关设计规范的制定进行了初步讨论.

Abstract:The maximum design loading analogy tests and data analyses of the modern nonmetallic hydraulic gate were done in this paper,and the test and analysis methods were introduced on how to replace steel as composite carbon fiber in the first fiber reinforced concrete hydraulic gate and the important dates such as the maximal stress and deflection were given. The result shows the superiority of replacing quantitatively. For the expansion and application of modern nonmetallic hydraulic gate,the relevant establishment of the design coed preliminarily was also discussed.
