管卡注射模设计

摘    要:分析了管卡的结构特点和成型工艺,针对管卡上部半圆状卡环、底部空心圆柱体及凸起,合理选择分型面,设计了1模4腔对称布局、斜导柱四方向对称侧向抽芯、带Z形拉料杆推出机构的管卡注射模结构,介绍了模具的设计过程、结构特点和动作原理。模具结构合理紧凑、动作平稳可靠、设计方案满足生产要求。

Abstract:The structure characteristic and moulding process of a pipe clamp were analyzed. The selection of the parting line was determined based on the structure of the pipe clamp and a injection mould was designed in which four cavities was laid out symmetrically, the four-direction and symmetrical side core-pulling was realized using angled guide pillar and a Z-shape sprue puller pin was used as the ejection mechanism. And then the working pro- cess, structure and motion principle of the mould were presented.
