| 摘 要： | 根据物流企业与客户之间的互动关系,通过物流数据仓库决策树分析,得到各类影响因素的层次,为物流企业与客户今后的交易往来提供辅助决策信息,进行客户信用等级的评价,以此制定相应的赊销政策,控制客户信用风险。

| Abstract: | Based on the interaction between logistics enterprises and customers, levels of various affecting factors were made through analysis of logistics data warehouse and decision tree. It could provide decision support information for the logistics enterprises and the customers for their future transactions. Evaluation of customer credit rating was done to work out appropriate credit policies and control credit risk. |
