单齿圈牙轮钻头轮体速比的计算机仿真

摘    要:为进行整个牙轮钻头轮体速比的仿真研究,先研究了单齿圈牙轮钻头轮体速比仿真。借助钻头几何学、运动学和已建立的岩石与牙齿互作用力学模型,在一定假设的基础上建立了牙齿运动和受力、牙轮扭矩、牙轮角速度和角加速度等的仿真模型。用计算机程序模拟单齿圈牙轮钻头在给定岩石中的钻进过程,得到了单齿圈牙轮转速与钻头体转速的比值(轮体速比)的变化规律。接着用软件试验探索岩石、钻压、移轴距对单齿圈牙轮钻头轮体速比的影响。仿真软件试验结果与台架实物试验结果的比较证明,这种仿真方法是可行的。

Abstract:To investigae cone/bit speed ratio of a tricone bit, the computer simulation of the cone/bit speed ratio of a bit with a single tooth row is carried out. By means of bit's geometry and kinematics and mechanical model for interaction of rock and bit teeth, and based on certain assumptions, the simulation models for bit teeth motion and force, cone torque, angular velocity and angular acceleration are established. By simulating the bit's penetration in given rocks, the variation pattem of the cone/bit speed ratio of the single tooth row bit is sought out. The influence of rock, bit load and cone offset on cone/bit speed ratio is investigated by simulation tests. Comparison between the results of simulation test and stand test show that the simulation method is feasible.
