交联聚合物微球体系封堵特性影响因素研究

摘    要:采用微孔滤膜过滤实验,研究了交联聚合物微球体系封堵特性的影响因素。结果表明,交联聚合物微球A可以对1.2μm的纤维素膜形成有效封堵。溶胀时间的延长,交联聚合物微球封堵能力下降。温度升高,交联聚合物微球封堵能力下降。交联比小的交联聚合物微球封堵能力增强。

Abstract:The influence on the plugging property of the linked polymer micro-ball system was investigated by micro pore membrane filtration experiment.The result showed that the micro-ball A can plug 1.2 μm fiber membrane efficiently.The plugging property of the micro-ball decreased with dilatation time increasing.The plugging property of the system is decreased when the dilatation temperature is high and the plugging property of the system is strong when the cross-linking ratio is small.
