| 摘 要： | 后浇带的封闭时间与工期之间存在矛盾.为合理解决这一矛盾,做到在建筑物适宜位置设置后浇带,既释放掉单元间的混凝土收缩应力和不均匀沉降,又缩短工期,为施工创造良好条件.实际工程中,可以综合考虑理论沉降量与实测沉降量的比值、实际加载量与建筑最终荷载的比值、沉降发展等因素,经地基基础优化设计,合理调整不同部位间的沉降差,完全可以提前封闭沉降后浇带.
