| 摘 要： | 通过对绝缘浸渍漆的酸值、贮存稳定性和耐热性等基本性能研究,优选出了性能优良的聚酯亚胺型H级浸渍漆,并对该漆的粘度和固化工艺进行了研究,结果表明,优化浸渍工艺后可将其应用于高频电子变压器的绝缘处理。

| Abstract: | An excellent class-H polyesterimide impregnating varnish was selected based on the study on the basic properties such as acid value,shelf stability and resistance to heat;and the viscosity-adjustment and curing process of this varnish was optimized.The insulation class of electronic high-frequency transformer impregnated with this impregnating varnish reaches class H. |
