| Abstract: | The article explains the degree of pre-stressing force through the ratio between equivalent load and external load,by using the concept about method of load equilibrium.The designer can define the degree of pre-stressing force by the ratio,and the method is simple,direct and clear.At the same time,the real value about the degree of pre-stressing force is put forward. |
