| Abstract: | Modifications to the JG-220/9.8-M circulating fluidized bed boiler in order for it to be able to burn mixed coke oven gas(COG) are detailed in the paper.These modifications includes the redesign and layout of the burners,and installation of a safety-protection device for the combustion system.These modifications brought about marked economic and environmental benefits,and also provided a useful guideline for other similar modifications. |
