自激式水浴脱硫除尘器的研究与效果

摘    要:
燃煤工业锅炉排放的粉尘及SO2是造成大气污染的主要因素之一,湿法脱硫除尘技术是一项适合我国国情的实用技术。介绍自激式水浴脱硫除尘器的结构及工作原理,分析了影响除尘效率、脱硫效率、烟气带水控制、液位控制、防腐耐磨等因素,通过监测,其平均除尘效率为95%、脱硫效率达71.5%、含湿量〈6%、阻力仅500Pa,可进一步推广。

Abstract:
Dust and SO2 emitted by coal-combustion industrial boilers are among main factors responsible for atmospheric pollution. The wet process sweetening dedusting technique is one of practical techniques suitable for Chinese circumstances. The article describes the structure and operation principle of the self-actuated water-bath sweetening deduster,analyzes factors affecting dedusting efficiency and sweetening efficiency, flue-gas control, level control, corrosion and abrasion prevention, and other technical problems. According to the measurement, on the average, the self-actuated water-bath sweetening deduster has a dedusting efficiency of 95%, a sweetening efficiency of 71.5%, a moisture content of less than 6%, and a resistance of only 500 Pa,so,it is worthwhile to widespread the application of this type of deduster.
