对加强施工现场管理的探讨

施工现场管理直接影响工程项目的质量和企业的经济效益,提高施工现场管理水平,是众多施工企业追求的目标,目前施工管理水平不高已经成为制约企业利润发展空间的瓶颈,论文针对施工现场存在的几个问题,结合笔者实践经验,从施工现场组织机构、人力资源管理、施工组织和施工参与方等方面对施工现场管理提出了几点建议。
