逆变弧焊电源小型化的机理分析

摘    要:传统的弧焊电源以变压器为主体,将电网电压(220V或380V)降低到弧焊电源所要求的空载电压值Uo,但其体积大、重量大、损耗大,而逆变弧焊电源借助于电力电子技术将电网电压频率升高到数十kHz后再降压,从而减小了弧焊电源的体积、重量及功率损耗.

Abstract:The step-down transformer is the main part of the traditional arc welding power source. Its volume, weight and energy loss are large. With the help of power electron technology, the inverter arc welding power source transforms the voltage after raising the frequency, thus reducing the volume, weight and energy loss.
