无刷直流电动机起动电流控制策略研究

摘    要:
在对11 kW稀土永磁无刷直流电动机起动过程研究中,针对起动电流过大,采用斜坡电压的方法进行控制.通过分析得到采用斜坡电压控制策略时影响起动电流的参数和电流峰值与斜坡控制时间的关系,同时提出了电动机的起动效率概念.仿真结果证实了采用斜坡电压控制策略能有效的控制起动电流,并且能实现电动机快速起动.

Abstract:
During the research of 11kW rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor starting process,the control strategy by slope voltage was used to reduce the higher current. It was got that parameters influencing on current and the relationship between current peak value and slope control time in starting process by slope voltage, and the definition of motor starting efficiency was proposed. The results of simulation demonstrated that the control strategy of slope voltage was efficient to control the current of starting process, and to realize the motor starting immediately.
