| 摘 要： | 充分利用信息技术来提高工程项目管理水平，是现代工程建设项目发展的必然趋势，据此，通过论述现代工程建设项目信息化管理的特点和要求，初步阐述了建立工程项目信息化管理模式的方法以及这一模式所具有的功能，进一步分析了如何有效利用信息技术使其在项目管理中体现高效性。

| Abstract: | It is the natural tendency of modern constructive projects' characteristics to make full use of information technology in enhancing the level of the project management. Accordingly, on discussing the characteristics and requirements of modern constructive projects, the method of establishing the model of projects information management and its functions are stated and how to use information technology effectively in reflecting the high efficiency in the project management is illustrated. |
