| 摘 要： | 在高密度人居环境下，城市建筑综合体将会对城市环境产生巨大的影响，其合理的布局对于城市可持续发展具有相当重要的现实意义。文章从四个层面探讨城市建筑综合体布局中的生态策略：结合交通以诱导步行出行，鼓励多样性以提高城市效率，创造功能共享以增进协同作用，营造场所效应以塑造城市精神，以期发挥对设计的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Under high residential density environment, urban building complex will have an enormous impact on urban environment, and its reasonable layout will be of pretty significance for sustainable urban development. The article discusses ecological strategies of urban building complex layouts in four levels： encourage walking trips with regard to transportation, encourage diversified transportation ways to improve urban efficiency, create functional share to boost coordination functions, and create place ef- fects to build up urban spirits in order to play a guidance role in design. |
