摘    要:
随着原油质量变劣和环保法规的日益严格,工业上对脱硫技术要求越来越高。生物脱硫是石油脱硫的新兴工艺。与传统方法相比,生物脱硫技术灵活性好,可以处理多种原料,无需在高温高压下操作,不耗氢气,成本低,很少有废液排放,而且有机硫产品价值较高。因此,生物脱硫技术在能源工业发展和环境保护等方面显示出了潜在的优势。综述了生物脱硫的厌氧、好氧、DSZ酶脱硫途径的机理及存在的问题,并提出了石油生物脱硫工业化所面临的问题。生物脱硫在某些领域已经成为现实,预计实现工业化在不久的将来是可能的。

Abstract:
With the crude oil quality becoming inferior and the environmental protection regulations being strict increasingly, desulphurization technology demands are higher and higher in the industry. Biodesulfurization is a novel technology for petroleum refinery. Comparing with the tradition method, biodesulphurization technology is flexible and can deal with many kinds of raw materials. Biodesulphurization dispenses with the high temperature and high pressure, does not consume hydrogen. Its costs are low, and it seldom discharges the waste liquid, while the value of organic sulphur product is higher.Thus biodesulphurization technology shows great potential in energy industry and environmental protection . Anaerobic pathway, Aerobic pathway and Dsz pathway are reviewed in this paper. Industrialization issues are presented.Biodesulphurization have become reality in some domains,and it is possible to industrialize presently.
