| 摘 要： | 产学研合作为工科院校培养高质量的应用人才提供了有效途径。本文探讨在产学研合作中,如何处理学校培养高质量应用型人才与完成企业委托的技术开发项目之间的关系。重点分析了产学研合作与人才培养之间存在的矛盾,提出需要研究的问题,给出具体的解决方案,介绍详细的实施效果。 |

| Abstract: | The industry-university-research cooperation provides an effective way for engineering colleges to culti-vate high quality graduates. During this process there are some problems needed to be solved. This paper discusses how to deal with the relationship between the training of high quality applied talents and completion of technology development project required by companies. It analyzes the contradictions between the industry-university-research cooperation and personnel training,puts forward the issues to be studied,presents specific solutions and introduces implementation effect. |
