| Abstract: | The aluminium alloy pistons of air Control compressors were manufactured with liquid die forging replacing die casting. So the defects of gas-holes and non-metal inclusions in die casting were eliminated. In this paper, a die structure of liquid die forging of the aiuminium alloy pistons, technique parameters and some problems in production process were introduced. |
