| 摘 要： | 介绍了三相异步电动机自耦变压器降压启动继电接触器自动控制电路。以三菱FN2N系列PLC为控制器件,根据自耦变压器降压启动自动控制的要求,改造继电接触器控制电路,设计了PLC输入输出接线图和梯形图程序,编写了控制程序语句指令表,分析了降压启动自动控制工作过程。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the automation control circuit of the depressurization start relay-contactor of the autotransformer of 3-phase squirrel cage induction motor.The paper also uses Mitsubishi FN2N series PLC as a controller,to modify the circuit of relay-contactor based on the automation control requirement of autotransformer depressurization start.On top of that, and designs the input ＆ output wiring chart and trapezoidal chart of PLC,edits the control program command list,and analyzes the process of depressurization start automation control. |
