摘    要:介绍了小波包分析的基本原理,在对往复式天然气压缩机的故障特点进行详细分析的基础上,提出利用小波包分频带的能量特征提取故障特征参数,建立起振动信号各频带能量到往复式天然气压缩机各故障状态间的映射关系,通过各频率成分能量的变化来诊断故障,在此基础上研制了往复式天然气压缩机故障诊断系统。

Abstract:The base theory of wavelet packet analysis was introduced.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the fault occurred on reciprocating natural gas compressors, a method of extracting feature of fault by calculating the energy in respective frequency band of wavelet packets was presented. By mapping the energy in respective frequency band of vibration signals to various fault condition of reciprocating natural gas compressor, the fault can be diagnosed through the change of energy distribution. Finally a fault diagnosis system of reciprocating natural gas compressor was developed.
