TiAl合金包套锻造的数值模拟

摘    要:运用有限元软件Deform-3D对TiAl合金包套锻造过程进行数值模拟,分析不同包套厚度对TiAl合金坯料温度场、应力场及等效应变场分布规律的影响。通过力学计算得出了保证TiAl合金坯料和包套之间协调变形的包套厚度。模拟研究发现,包套厚度对TiAl合金坯料锻造过程有重要的影响。随着包套厚度的增加,坯料的温度标准差(SDT)和应变梯度均减小;而TiAl合金坯料和包套的接触面积及坯料受到的侧压力均增大。

Abstract:The canned forging process of TiAl alloy was simulated with finite elements by software Deform-3D.The effects of the can thickness on temperature distribution,effective strain and the stress of billets were analyzed.The thickness of the can which can guarantee the coordinate deformation between TiAl alloy billet and pack was obtained through mechanical model.The results show that the can thickness has important influence on the forging process of TiAl alloy billets.With the increasing of the can thickness,the standard differentiation of temperature(SDT) and the strain-gradient of the forged billets decrease,the side pressure and the contact area between the can and the billet increase.
