| 摘 要： | 从理论与实际工作相结合的角度出发,以淄博广电青鸟公司为研究对象,对有线电视网络工程建设流程的现状、存在的问题和原因进行细致深入分析,然后按照提出的再造方案的设计原则,设计了工程建设流程的再造方案,并对新旧流程进行比较。

| Abstract: | From the angle of combining theory with practice,this paper has Zibo Guangdian Qingniao Corp as the study object,firstly the paper analyzes in depth about actuality,existing problems and their causes of its CATV projects development process.Then,a reengineered process is designed according to the principles of the reengineering,and it is compared with the old process. |
